Ilina Mangova

Ilina Mangova is a Project Manager and Researcher at the Institute for Democracy Societas Civilis (IDSCS) in Skopje (www.idscs.org.mk). She does research on democratic governance, anti-corruption, elections and public opinion. She holds a masters degree in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics for which she was awarded the Chevening scholarship. Recently she began to explore the role of leaders in the process of democratic transition. In her previous job at the International Republican Institute’s (IRI) branch in Skopje, Mangova worked on public opinion research and the development of political parties in Macedonia.
