Eileen is no stranger to the field of international development. She has lived in India, Zambia, Ghana and Costa Rica while working for an array of organizations including Ashoka’s Changemakers, Engineers Without Borders Canada, the Canadian Development Agency and the World Bank Youth Network. Eileen also founded a now registered Charity, SEED Canada. Eileen was born and raised in Ecuador and holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Latin American Human Rights and Public Policy from the Henry Dunant School of Human Rights in Chile and an Honors B.A. from McMaster University, Canada.
