My involvement with FutureChallenges helps addressing the many social issues coming from the African continent through constant researches and blog-post writings. The Bertelsmann Foundation gave the platform and opportunity to think and share ideas about the current and future risks our planet–earth is facing. I also enjoyed a personal liberty which allows me to create and provide concepts on how to tackle issues affecting this generation.

FutureChallenges caught my interest because of its rationale; to analyse the correlations between the global trends and how they shape and re-define our world. In my opinion, politics has for too long focussed on the singularity of phenomena and FutureChallenges poses a unique challenge to mainstream political thought.

FutureChallenges is a great opportunity for me to analyze important global trends that take place in the world. It is amazing to witness how these trends reflect, interact, mix and therefore create a unique mashup in every given place of the world. Seeing (editing and writing) the world through the prism of structured megatrends helps to realize how really small and interconnected our planet is.
